Meadowbrook Office/Showroom Sold for $800,000
A corporate style office/showroom at Meadowbrook in Brisbane’s south has been sold for $800,000 by Ray White Commercial Springwood.
The property in the office park “Campus Court” at 7/3-19 University Drive, Meadowbrook, was sold by Ray White Commercial Springwood Managing Director Aldo Bevacqua.
Aldo Bevacqua said the property was purchased by the Australian Spinal Research Foundation, who will be owner-occupiers.
“The Australian Spinal Research Foundation will be moving to this office complex from their current premises in Springwood,” he said.
“The Meadowbrook office offers 385 sqm in total space including 125 sqm of ground floor showroom, a 194 sqm first floor office and a 66 sqm warehouse.
“The property has ample on-site parking. The property sold for $2078 per sqm.”
Aldo Bevacqua said there are a growing number of office users who are opting for corporate style warehouses such as Campus Court instead of conventional office space.
“This building is in an excellent location close to shops and has excellent access to Logan Motorway and the M1 Pacific Highway,” he said. “There is one remaining unit in the building for sale for $715,000 and it is 399 sqm in size.”
