Office Building At Springwood, Brisbane, Leased By Evocca College

Former Devine HQ Leased to Evocca College

Prominent vocational training group Evocca College has secured premises at Springwood in Brisbane’s south that was formerly the landmark headquarters of leading property company Devine Group.
The property at 3 Westmoreland Boulevard, Springwood, was leased to Evocca College in a deal negotiated by Silvio Bevacqua of Ray White Commercial Springwood.
Mr Bevacqua said the three level building had been Devine’s head office for many years until the company relocated to a new headquarters at Hamilton in Brisbane.
“This is an iconic building which offers amazing exposure to the M1 Motorway,” he said.
“Evocca College has taken up a long term tenancy on the landmark property to make it their national and international head office.
“They will also take up exclusive naming rights on the building which overlooks the M1.”
Silvio Bevacqua said Evocca College had leased the entire building space of approximately 1388 sqm.
“The building was ideal for the college and its operations,” he said.
“The location and its accessibility to the major road networks to the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast was also an attraction. The site offers parking for more than 50 vehicles.”
Evocca College has leased the property for five years with multiple five year options at a net rental of approximately $409,000 per annum plus outgoings.
“Evocca College also has first right to occupy up to an additional 1450 sqm of premium office space to be developed on an adjacent site by the current owners,” Silvio Bevacqua said.
