Queensland technical education, training and recruitment company Axial Group has secured executive office space at Underwood in Brisbane’s south through Ray White Commercial Springwood.
The property in the Portal Office Building at 3208-3209/ 2994 Logan Road, Underwood, was leased in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Springwood Managing Director Aldo Bevacqua.
Aldo Bevacqua said Axial Group had taken up a 425 sqm tenancy in the three-storey Portal Office Building.
“This is executive office space and these modern offices are fully air-conditioned, with kitchenette and new carpet. The centre has an on-site café and ample car parking for clients and staff.
“Portal Office Park is located in the Brisbane-Gold Coast corridor and is minutes to the M1 and less than 15 minutes to the Brisbane CBD. The Logan area has an extensive and diverse mix of commercial, industrial and retail property, as well as an established residential community.
“Ray White Commercial Springwood has just listed prime office space in the centre on both the ground floor and the first floor.”
Axial Group has secured a 3 + 3 year lease at a nett rental of $300 per sqm per annum plus GST and outgoings
