Slacks Creek Shopping Centre Sold for $1.465 Million
A tenanted retail shopping complex over two titles at Slacks Creek, south of Brisbane, has been sold by Ray White Commercial Springwood for $1,465,000.
The complex with 11 shops at 76-86 Queens Road, Slacks Creek, was sold to the Singh Family Trust by Ray White Commercial Springwood Managing Director Aldo Bevacqua on behalf of Baiocchi Family Trust for a yield of 8.0 per cent.
Aldo Bevacqua said the shopping complex tenancies include a convenience store, a take away food outlet, a hairdressing salon and a doctor’s surgery.
“This complex is situated on busy road Queens Rd and has a street pylon signage listing each tenancy,” he said.
“The site is ideally situated and offers plenty of parking for customers. The property, which has a building area of 645 sqm on a land area of 2611 sqm over two titles, currently generates net rental income of approximately $125,000 per annum.”
Aldo Bevacqua said there is now an opportunity to acquire a vacant block of land adjacent to the Queens Rd retail complex.
He said the approximately 1,014 sqm site is located at 88 Queens Rd and is being offered for sale via private treaty with the price available upon application.
“This vacant block is zoned commercial and is close to major connecting roads,” he said.
