Slacks Creek Tenanted Investment Sold for $1,224,575
A landmark tenanted investment in a light industrial precinct at Slacks Creek, south of Brisbane, has been sold by Ray White Commercial Springwood for $1,224,575.
The approximately 625 sqm warehouse/office at 3403 Pacific Highway, Slacks Creek, was sold to a local investor by Ray White Commercial Springwood Managing Director Aldo Bevacqua on a behalf of Ambertate Pty Ltd for a yield of 6.6 per cent.
Aldo Bevacqua said the property on a land area of approximately 1311 sqm has been leased by the same tenant for the past 30 years.
“This was a tremendous investment opportunity with a long-term tenant on a landmark site offering excellent exposure to the M1 Motorway,” he said.
“The property is returning net rental income of approximately $82,000 per annum.”
Aldo Bevacqua said the property is strategically located in the heart of the Slacks Creek industrial precinct, approximately 20km south of the Brisbane CBD.
“The property features an open plan workshop as well as an office/reception area,” he said.
“There are 12 onsite car parks and a concrete undercover area.”
