Springwood Offices Leased to Evocca College

Prominent vocational education and training group Evocca College has secured premium office space at Springwood in Brisbane’s south through Ray White Commercial Springwood.

The property at 3398 Pacific Highway, Springwood, which is adjacent to the college’s national headquarters, was leased in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Springwood Managing Director Aldo Bevacqua.

Aldo Bevacqua said the two storey building offers 1600 sqm of modern fitted out offices with a large open plan area and reception.

“This office building offers excellent exposure to the M1 Motorway as well as ample off street parking,” he said.

“The location and its accessibility to the major road networks to the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast was a major attraction.”

Evocca College Chief Business Development Officer Zane Beard said: “Our vision is to be recognized as Australia’s leading training organization, and a great working environment for our staff and students is essential to us achieving this vision.”

Evocca College has taken out a five year lease with multiple five year options at a net rental of approximately $300 per sqm per annum
