Underwood Warehouse/Office Sold for $1.15 Million
A freestanding warehouse/office complex at Underwood, south of Brisbane, has been sold by Ray White Commercial Springwood for $1.15 million.
The property at 16 Lapis Street, Underwood, was sold off market to Holbi Investments Pty Ltd by Ray White Commercial Springwood Managing Director Aldo Bevacqua on a behalf of a private owner.
The property offered a total building area of approximately 770 sqm on a land area of 1,048 sqm.
“The 600 sqm warehouse has 3 phase power and a container height roller door for convenient loading,” Aldo Bevacqua said.
“The property features multiple new executive offices as well as a recreational lounge area mezzanine.
“The property is conveniently located with easy access to Kingston Road and the M1 Motorway.”
