Warehouse At Meadowbrook, Qld, Leased To Oz Rods

Leading
car restoration business, Oz Rods Hot Rods & Street Machine Specialists,
has moved to a new warehouse at Meadowbrook in Logan City, south of Brisbane.

The
company, owned by Graeme and Trish Parmenter, has relocated to 38-40 Nealdon
Drive, Meadowbrook, in a deal negotiated by John De Martini of Ray White
Commercial Springwood.

John
De Martini said Oz Rods Hot Rod & Street Machine Specialists had heard of
the rent reduced warehouse and jumped at the fantastic opportunity.

“The
site is in a convenient location, in close proximity to the Logan and Pacific
Motorways, major amenities and industrial and retail precincts,” John De
Martini said.

“The
property is 897 sqm in total with a 90 sqm ground floor and a 90 sqm mezzanine
office.

“It
also has 13 external car parks with hardstand design, two container height
roller doors to the warehouse, and offers a three phase 400 amp power system.”

John
De Martini said the warehouse was perfectly suited to the Oz Rods Hot Rod &
Street Machine specialists, who had been operating as a company for over 20
years.

“The
company’s current showroom houses a large range of Hot Rod parts including
drive line components, suspension and brake components, body and trim
accessories and much more,” he said.

“The
brand is renowned for its competitiveness with all major suppliers, and prides
itself on accommodating all customer requirements and requests.

“It
has shipments coming in from the USA once a month to satisfy strong consumer
demand.”

Oz
Rods Hot Rod & Street Machine Specialists has taken out a 5 X 5 year lease
at a new rental rate industry sources estimate to be approximately $76,200 per
annum.
